App variety in own store

Effortlessly keep control and overview of all apps in use with the app catalog in Relution. All common app types for Apple, Android and Windows can be managed quickly and easily via an intuitive interface. In addition, different app versions can be used in parallel in a company. The history of an app is automatically documented in Relution. Comprehensive meta information such as description texts, change logs or screenshots can be stored for all apps provided. Relution also synchronizes metadata from the most popular public App Stores.

Relution supports the Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP). App licenses can be procured centrally via the Apple Business Manager and then distributed via Relution. The licenses remain with the company and can be transferred to other users, for example, in the event of personnel changes.

Relution enables the provision of a dedicated enterprise app store for the efficient distribution of apps. By means of a precisely tailored allocation, certain apps can be made accessible only to certain departments or user groups. The app store provides a central access point for all provided apps via the Relution Agent on employee devices. Users are automatically notified about new apps and existing updates. The white label solution can be fully adapted to the corporate identity with company logo and colors and thus also integrates optimally into the company's solution portfolio.

Employees often know best which tools they use to achieve the best results. Relution can support these needs by channeling app requests and reviewing and approving the most frequently requested apps. App requests can be made directly from the Relution Agent on the employee's digital device, even when the public store is blocked.

For each app version in Relution, there are statuses such as Development, Review, and Productive. In addition, Relution has a highly configurable, granular app release process and thus offers complete control of all release stages of an app. The necessary steps and responsible app reviewers in the app lifecycle, up to the final release, can be freely defined as needed. All parties involved remain informed at all times via push and email notifications.

App permissions control responsibilities within the Relution organization for specific Relution users (groups). App store managers and registered app owners can manage all apps in the app catalog. App reviewers can be defined for the app approval process. At the app user level, apps can be made available to the right people by defining access rights by user group. Users can then use the Relution Agent on their digital device to view, install, and use all apps that have been approved for them.

In Relution, the release of a released app can be scheduled. A go live date agreed upon by the team and set in Relution is automatically executed. In addition, Relution enables the automatic transfer of the published app to connected MDM systems such as MobileIron, AirWatch, Microsoft Intune as well as to the public Apple App Store via iTunes Connect.
