endooOrganize is an all-in-one school inventory management platform for school boards and individual schools. Based on the inventory object, users keep track of all objects in the school and make Excel tables superfluous. By integrating other processes such as demand and procurement planning, inventory, ticket system in endooOrganize or in combination with inventory systems, central data management is created so that processes are optimized and simplified.

Many schools also use endooOrganize to document equipment loans. To this end, endooOrganize makes it possible to obtain declarations of consent digitally and to manage accessories directly on the object. In this way, the entire process (consent, condition documentation for accessories, handover signature) can be documented digitally so that valuable time in the school does not have to be used for “paperwork”.

Relution complements this solution extensively as a leading mobile device management (MDM) solution and enables the intuitive management of mobile and stationary end devices. Smartphones, tablets, computers and interactive whiteboards can be quickly configured for specific target groups, equipped with suitable apps and controlled centrally.

The integration of both systems enables in-depth linking of inventory and device management. School IT departments benefit from automated synchronization of all relevant device data. In addition, switching between endooOrganize and Relution is done with just one click - both directly from the mobile devices and from the respective portals. For example, the IT administrator can switch directly from the endooOrganize ticket to the appropriate Relution object.
