For the security of our SaaS (Software as a Service) customers, we have partnered with the German company IONOS SE to meet the requirements of the strict data protection guidelines of the EU-GDPR.

Since the beginning of 2023, all of Relution's existing SaaS customers have moved to the new IONOS data center and benefit from maximum security and reliability, especially when storing personal data.

The European cloud platform IONOS ensures data storage and archiving in compliance with the EU-GDPR. With data centers in Frankfurt and Berlin, applicable qualified data storage and archiving obligations are met. In this way, we consistently comply with the US CLOUD Act to prevent US authorities from accessing stored data in Relution.

Furthermore, the certifications ISO 27001, ISO 9001, PCI-DSS and more recently the "IT-Grundschutz" from the BSI for data security are further factors to rely on IONOS.

With Relution and IONOS, your data is securely and reliably stored in a German data center. The cloud storage solutions from IONOS double backs up your data and stores it not only in one place, but mirrors the complete backup in another availability zone.
