Overview

This expert training is aimed at advanced administrators who manage Android devices with Relution and Android Enterprise. It goes deeper into the role of Companion and Agent, advanced policy configurations, and Knox Mobile Enrollment with COPE.

Target Audience

Experienced administrators and service providers who manage Android devices with Relution and want to deepen their knowledge. Knowledge at the level of the Android Enterprise Standard training is assumed.

Learning Objectives

After the training, participants will be able to

• understand and contextualize the role of Companion and Agent,
• configure advanced policies (incl. ADB/scrcpy, runtime permissions, kiosk, private apps, KSP, Relution Files), and
• carry out Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME) with COPE.

Role and interaction of the Relution Companion and Agent on the device.

2. Policy Configuration

• ADB & advanced security override (scrcpy) – Debugging access and advanced security options
• Runtime permission – Controlling app permissions at runtime
• Managing apps – Permissions and managed app configurations
• Kiosk & home screen – Setting up kiosk mode and home screen
• Web links – Providing web links on the device
• Private apps – Distributing private/custom apps
• KSP – Knox Service Plugin for advanced Samsung features
• Relution Files – Providing and managing files

3. KME with COPE

Knox Mobile Enrollment in the COPE scenario (Corporate Owned, Personally Enabled): process, prerequisites, and specifics.
