Currently, there is a known problem that can lead to an enterprise wipe (reset) on Samsung devices in the course of the OS update. The reason for this is that Samsung Knox interfaces have been changed in connection with the device administrator functionality with Android 10 or newer.
Therefore, we recommend not to update Samsung devices to Android 10 or newer at the moment. In addition, you should make sure that the Relution app for devices with classic enrollment (Android Legacy) is updated regularly, as we consider changes from Samsung accordingly in a timely manner.
Basically, it is mandatory to update the Android Relution Client before performing an OS update. The current Android Relution Client version 3.95 can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or alternatively from our Download Center
In general, we recommend that OS updates are first checked for compatibility with the devices, apps and configurations used before being deployed to devices.
